That’s what Kirstie and Max’s day in Positano felt like.
A sun kissed blur of a morning, filled with the smell of perfume, the sound of laughter, the feeling of butterflies in their stomachs. Kirstie and Max promised forever on the cliffside of a historical Airbnb in the heart of the Amalfi Coast. We explored the colorful and buzzing streets below us, which led us to a private sunset boat tour to end the night. We watched the city light up as the sky turned purple; soaking it all up. It is such an honor and a privilege to be so close with my couples on the biggest day of their lives. We sat and talked and laughed till our stomachs hurts on that boat. The stunning Amalfi Coast as our view as the sky darkened and the stars emerged.
We then made our way back to the center of Positano that were even more full of life than they had been during the day. Music was playing at every corner. The streets filled with laughter and couples holding hands. Love was everywhere. Kirstie and Max chose to spend the rest of their wedding evening with my husband and I. We continued our laughs and conversation over a candle lit dinner on a cobblestone street across from a restaurant bursting with light and music and people. We then returned to the Airbnb for a small cake cutting and bubbly to finish the night off right. It was such an honor to be a part of their day and I don’t think I will ever forget our night on the sparkling, moonlit sea.
